UPON ORDER COMPLETION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER WITH ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE SPECIFIC ORDER. MOST ITEMS WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY, PROVIDED THE ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK ARE BETWEEN 4-6 WEEKS. IF THE ITEM IS READY BEFORE THE ALLOTTED WINDOW, THE ITEM WILL SHIP AS SOON AS IT IS COMPLETE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS AND SENT THE TRACKING INFORMATION.

ORDERS PLACED DURING HOLIDAY SEASONS OR WHEN THERE IS A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THE ALLOTTED TIME WINDOW. A REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF THE PRODUCTION TIME IS LONGER THAN USUAL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

UNWORN JEWELRY IS ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, EXCEPT FOR EARRINGS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE, SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@KLOTO.COM.TR WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE. REPAIRS

AT KLOTO, QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP IS OF OUR UTMOST CONCERN. SINCE OUR JEWELRY IS GOLD-PLATED SILVER, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO REPAIRS. HOWEVER, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU BRING ANY ISSUE EXPERIENCED WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO OUR ATTENTION. SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR JEWELRY OR ANY BREAKAGE CAUSED BY MANUFACTURER, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE THIS ITEM OR EXTEND A CREDIT TO YOU FOR THE VALUE OF YOUR PIECE.

WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON KLOTODESIGN.COM REPAIRS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT ONE OF OUR RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH THE ORIGINAL POINT OF PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE HEADQUARTER OFFICE.
