Orders may be placed online at www.kloto.com at any time. Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with all information pertaining to the specific order. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 4-6 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships and sent the tracking information.

Orders placed during the holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Kloto reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please, send an email to shop@kloto.com with your Order Number and Name in the subject line. A representative will contact you about the process. All custom pieces and special orders are final sale. If you have a question as to what defines a custom piece or special order please contact shop@kloto.com.tr


Kloto Jewelry guarantees a warranty period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. We will only accept repairs for items purchased on kloto.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers or third-party online stores must be returned through the original point of purchase, and their warranty will apply.

Proof of purchase will be required to validate our warranty. Kloto Jewelry’s Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for current branded products only purchased directly on kloto.com. Warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accident, inappropriate use, or normal wear and tear.

Depending on the damage, it will either be repaired or replaced with an item of equal value.

All items outside the Warranty period will incur an additional charge.

For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply whenever applicable at the most current rates. We will not be held responsible for international customs, duties & Taxes as all orders shipped are Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).
